Eneazer Blissett-Moore (Layne), affectionately known as Lady E is a native of Chicago, IL.  Lady E was reared in a Pentecostal Church and was taught how essential it is to acknowledge God. Eneazer has a testimony attesting to the fact that the power of God brings deliverance and liberty.

She is a spirit-filled woman of God who believes in giving Him Un-inhibited Praise without reservation. God has given her a ministry in the Spoken Word, Singing, and Vocal Training. Yokes are destroyed, strongholds are pulled down, spirits are uplifted, bodies are healed and hearts are warmed as Lady E sings to the glory of God.

Eneazer was musically inspired by her father who encouraged her to sing and insisted on her being perfected in music. She began singing at the age of seven at the church she attended. Lady E recalls the first time she sang and felt the anointing of the Holy Spirit; “I was twelve and finally old enough to graduate from the Sunshine Band to the Young Adult Choir and I was assigned a song entitled Climbing Higher Mountains, recorded by the late Rev. James Cleveland and Aretha Franklin. As I lead that song the spirit of the Lord came upon me and for the first time I felt the power and presence of the Holy Ghost. It scared me and I covered up my emotions and let my voice do the expression. I didn’t realize then that I was singing under the anointing, but I knew I was having a Holy Ghost experience.”

Lady E never dared to dream because she was told she would never amount to anything and that she would not make major accomplishments in life. As years went by, she used her ability to teach and rearrange songs in her local church choir after moving to St. Louis, MO. “ I was happy and most content right where I was,” she recalls. It was at a Thursday night rehearsal that the musician at the Community Mission C.O.G.I.C., in East St. Louis, IL; was playing a song and Lady E began to sing that he abruptly stopped playing and said to her… “Why are you just here? The world needs to hear your voice and I’m going to help make it happen!”  Soon after he sponsored and presented her in her first concert. The date was March 28, 1986 and there was standing room only. Several concerts followed in the metropolitan St. Louis area and in September 1994 she released her first album, self titled “Simply Eneazer.”  Lady E says, “ When the cassettes and CD’s arrived at my door and I saw all those boxes, I told my son to stack them under the basement stairs of our home because I’ll never sell 1500 units of product… “When I die, make sure you all give everyone a complimentary copy of my music at my funeral; that way they’ll have something to remember me by.”

  
Lady E who knew nothing about the music industry testifies that when God has his hands on you, all you have to do is trust Him and allow Him to order your steps and don’t knock on a door because as you walk along the way and follow Him, He’ll open the doors before you get where you’re going.

Eneazer has ministered with The Williams Brothers, Morris Chapman, Helen Baylor, Darryl Coley, Allen & Allen, Yolanda Adams, Ben Tankard, Fred Hammond and many more artists. Some of the ministries she has been honored to minister at, include: Crenshaw Christian Center for Drs. Fred & Betty Price, The Soul Winners Conference for Bishop G. E. Patterson, City of Life Christian Church for Bishop Clifford Frazier, Spirit of Faith for Dr.’s Michael and Dee Dee Freeman, The New Christ Memorial Church for Pastor Andrae’ Crouch, New Light Christian Center for Drs I.V. & Bridgett Hilliard, Cathedral of Faith for Bishop E.L. Warren and traveled abroad to South Africa as well as London England to name a few.

This Psalmist is the founder of Word –N- Psong (Song) Ministries; a ministry of song as well as IMAGERY Intl. Women’s Empowerment Group, a ministry of inspiration, mentoring and empowerment to young ladies coming into womanhood as well as women of all ages. She is a lyricist/songwriter and has written most of the music she has recorded. To her credit are five CD’s, the latest of which is entitled “Surrender.” In this project, Lady E takes her music to yet another dimension showing versatility and style from acoustic and voice with jazz overtones to full head boppin, soul stirring music with full band including brass.

Lady E prefers that those who listen to her music are interested in the message in the music which is a testimonial of the Power of God evident in her life... not just the entertainment aspect.
